The Wainwrights had recently extended their home and were left with a bare, uneven garden area that no longer suited the scale or finish of the new property. They approached us to design and install a stylish, functional patio that would become a seamless extension of their indoor living space, while also reimagining the surrounding garden for low-maintenance use.
- Full ground preparation and levelling prior to installation of a premium grey sandstone patio in a clean, contemporary layout.
- Creation of a stepped access point from the new extension, using matching stone to maintain continuity.
- Installation of LED strip lighting along patio edges and steps for added safety and atmosphere at night.
- Reshaping of surrounding lawn and planting beds, with new topsoil, turfing, and low-maintenance evergreens and ornamental grasses.
